Communication Coordinators

Each district in the region covered by the School Library System chooses one librarian to serve as Communication Coordinator for the district. That person will attend 4 meetings a year coordinated by the SLS to learn information, policies, and procedures with potential impact on their library, participate in networking and discussion with other member librarians, and highlight news from their district and library. Communication Coordinators in turn are responsible for sharing materials and information with any other librarians in their district and disseminating information to district administrators and staff as appropriate.
