Interlibrary Loan

As part of our School Library System Plan of Service we facilitate resource sharing between school libraries in our region. Sharing resources is both cost effective and an intelligent solution to expand the library collection. All libraries who are members of the School Library System agree to share materials via interlibrary loan when able. 

We utilize ICICILL in our region for the purposes of point to point interlibrary loan. ICICILL is maintained by the Northern New York Library Network (our 3R's affiliate) and The Library Corporation (TLC). 

If you are a teacher or student in need of interlibrary loan services we ask that you first work with your building level school librarian to fulfill ILL requests. If you work at Champlain Valley Educational Services and are in need of interlibrary loan services please complete this form and return it to the School Library System.
