Clinton-Essex-Warren-Washington School Library System is committed to providing equitable access to information for all members, and to supporting member libraries in their efforts to help students meet New York State standards.

Plan of Service

The SLS Plan of Service is created by the Council in coordination with the SLS and CVES. It it completed every 5 years and submitted to NYSED for approval. The Plan of Service is a requirement for all School Library Systems.
